faulty showerbroken air conditioning
The air conditioning did not work. this made the room uncomfortably warm. also, the shower was problematic. it leaked and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. It was quite annoying.

The breakfast was not up to par. the juices tasted artificial since they were dispensed from machines. bathroom towels seemed quite old. I found that unacceptable.

i spent four nights there near the train station and metro. the staff were really helpful. i got upgraded to a double room, it was very very comfy and tidy. daily housekeeping ensured everything was always tidy
the room lacked a kettle i also missed having tea and coffee making facilities there
