convenient and clean stay
train terminal airport access closet robes
the hotel is close to the train terminal. this made airport access simple. i walked to the fountain trevi in under two subway stations. the hotel provided slippers and robes in the closet.
The room's air conditioning was set to 24 degrees celsius. I turned it down for sleep.

accessible location really good cleaning comfortable mattress
The location was quite accessible to public transport. An 8-minute walk took me straight to termini station i found the room cleaning really good, it was immaculate every day! the bed was awesome. It had a new, comfortable mattress. massage functions!
my shower was not optimal, sometimes being very hot and other times very cold, it needs an improvement

the staff were cute and warm, providing inspiring service even at 1 am after my late flight arrival i was also pleased that the hotel handled my luggage both before check-in and after check-out smoothly.

charmed stay near termini
convenient location helpful staff wide array
i found the location convenient because it is near the train station staff members were friendly and helpful the breakfast provided a wide array of options the rooms were neat and the beds were comfortable after long days.
i noticed the room was a little smaller than it was in the photos online it was still acceptable for a short stay i think better sound isolation would greatly improve guest comfort.

faulty shower broken air conditioning
The air conditioning did not work. this made the room uncomfortably warm. also, the shower was problematic. it leaked and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. It was quite annoying.

The breakfast was not up to par. the juices tasted artificial since they were dispensed from machines. bathroom towels seemed quite old. I found that unacceptable.

i spent four nights there near the train station and metro. the staff were really helpful. i got upgraded to a double room, it was very very comfy and tidy. daily housekeeping ensured everything was always tidy
the room lacked a kettle i also missed having tea and coffee making facilities there
